First Aid at Work, Delivered Onsite
Lazarus Training delivers HSE-aligned First Aid at Work (FAAW) courses directly in your workplace.
Our courses are designed for organisations that want first aiders who are confident, calm, and capable of responding to real incidents at work — not just passing an assessment.
By delivering training onsite, we ensure your staff practise first aid in the environment where they will actually respond, using realistic scenarios and practical repetition.

Why Onsite First Aid Training Works
Most workplace first aid incidents happen:
- in offices,
- on sites,
- in vehicles,
- or during routine daily activity — not in classrooms.
On-site training allows us to:
- tailor scenarios to your workplace layout and risks
- practise realistic responses to collapses, injuries, and medical emergencies
- build confidence through repetition and coached practice
- minimise disruption by training your team at your location
For many organisations, onsite delivery also makes it easier to train whole teams at once, rather than releasing staff individually to attend open courses.
Our Approach: Scenario-Led, Practical, Proportionate
Lazarus Training is known for a scenario-led approach that prioritises practical decision-making under pressure.
On a FAAW course, participants will:
- practise CPR and AED use repeatedly
- manage unconscious casualties and medical emergencies
- deal with serious bleeding and workplace injuries
- make decisions under realistic time pressure
- learn how to act confidently until professional help arrives
We use live scenarios (with a role-player where appropriate) to ensure learning is memorable, relevant, and transferable to the real world.

This is not theatrical training — it is structured, supportive, and focused on workplace reality.
