Lazarus Training – Course Booking Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all course bookings made via the Arlo Training Management Software for training delivered by Lazarus Training Ltd.
By completing a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Bookings
- Course places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a completed booking form via this platform.
- Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received or a purchase order has been accepted, where applicable.
- Joining instructions will be issued to confirmed participants at least one week prior to the course start date.
2. Payment Terms
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required in advance of the course.
- Invoices must be paid within the terms stated on the invoice. Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of your place.
3. Cancellation and Transfers
If you need to cancel or transfer your place on a course, the following charges apply:

| 13 to 7 days before the course start | No charge – full refund or free transfer |
| Fewer than 7 days before cthe ourse start | 50% charge – 50% refund or 50% course fee applies |
| Fewer than 7 days before the course start | 100% charge – no refund or full course fee applies |
Requests to cancel or transfer must be submitted in writing via email to admin@lazarustraining.co.uk.- Transfer of a booking to another person is permitted at no additional charge, provided that Lazarus Training is informed in advance and the replacement meets any pre-course requirements.
4. Non-Attendance
- Failure to attend a booked course without prior notification will be treated as a cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice and will be charged at 100% of the course fee.
5. Course Changes and Cancellations by Lazarus Training
- We reserve the right to amend course content, dates, venues or trainers at our discretion.
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future course. We are not liable for any other costs incurred as a result of course cancellation or rescheduling.
6. Participant Responsibilities
- Some courses include practical exercises. You are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.
- You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries or other issues which may affect your participation in the course. This allows us to make reasonable adjustments where possible.
7. Data Protection
- We collect and store your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here
