Corporate first-aid provision is rarely as simple as booking one course. Large employers may need different levels of qualification, cover across several floors or buildings, replacement first aiders when employees leave, and requalification dates that do not all fall at the same time.
Lazarus Training works with organisations to deliver practical training at their London premises and, where required, to establish a repeatable course programme. Our aim is to make the training effective for participants and straightforward for the people arranging it.

Realistic, supportive practice
People can understand a technique in the classroom and still hesitate when confronted by a real person who is frightened, confused or unwell. Our practical scenarios help participants bridge that gap.
Depending on the course and arrangement, trained actors may take the role of casualties. This lets participants practise speaking to someone, gathering information, providing reassurance and adapting when the situation changes. The exercises are designed to build confidence—not to catch people out—and are followed by a constructive debrief.
Support for a continuing training programme
For employers running courses regularly, we can agree a forward calendar covering initial courses, requalification and other relevant sessions. A planned approach can help the organisation spread training across the year, provide alternative dates for staff and reduce the risk of discovering an expiry too late.
The scope can be kept simple. Some clients need only reliable dates and delivery. Others may need a named contact, consolidated course information and a broader first-aid and fire-safety programme. We will agree responsibilities clearly rather than creating unnecessary administration.

Your London venue should provide privacy, seating and sufficient clear floor space for practical activity. Before the event, we will confirm access, timings, equipment and room requirements. Where a course uses practical scenarios, we will agree how the space can be used without disrupting the rest of the workplace.
